This includes an initial training program to get you up to speed on all things Pillow Partners, access to our proprietary software and tech, as well as ongoing support in marketing, operations, and customer service. You'll also be assigned a dedicated mentor and have access to our monthly training events and guest expert sessions
The financial commitment for opening a Pillow Partners franchise varies depending on whether you're investing in a new or established region. For a new region, the franchise fee is £15,000 plus VAT. For an established region, the fee is £35,000 plus VAT. Additionally, you should account for operational costs such as marketing and office setup, if necessary
While experience in property management can be beneficial, it is not a requirement to become a Pillow Partners franchisee. We are looking for franchisees who are motivated, ambitious, and have strong leadership skills. Our comprehensive training and ongoing support will equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to successfully manage your franchise
The timeframe to become a Pillow Partners franchisee varies based on several factors, including your availability and how quickly you complete each step of our franchisee selection process. Generally, you can expect the process to take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months
